AYANA Hospitality is looking for a skilled Sales Manager/Assistant for the Government Segment at Delonix Hotel Karawang. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing sales strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of government clients, fostering relationships that maximize opportunities for business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive hotel occupancy and sales from Govt Segment
  • Stay informed about developments in government policies and procurements that may impact sales strategies.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets on GOVT Segment
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Govt clients, including event planners
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics in the CRM system
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and market developments to management
  • Min. 4 years of sales experience in the government segment.
  • Min. 1 year of the sameposition.
    Strong understanding of government procurement processes (LPSE, e-Catalog) and document compliance.
    Good network within ministries/agencies/local governments.
    Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills; high integrity; willing to travel.
