Responsible for project-based B2B sales of cleanroom sandwich panels and related industrial panel systems in Indonesia, with a focus on food processing plants, cold storage & central kitchen, pharmaceutical & medical device factories, hospital clean areas, and selected electronic / battery plants. The role that requires strong customer development ability, engineering understanding, and end-to-end project follow-up capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategy for cleanroom panel / industrial sandwich panel systems in assigned regions (prioritizing Java industrial corridor).
- Independently drive the full sales cycle: project information sourcing, customer visits, needs analysis, solution coordination, quotation, negotiation, contract closing and payment follow-up.
- Focus on developing and maintaining contractor ecosystem: cold storage contractors, HVAC/MEP contractors, cleanroom engineering companies, industrial construction / fit-out contractors, and relevant EPCs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision makers: project owners, engineering managers, procurement, and consultants.
- Work closely with technical, production and logistics teams to ensure feasible solutions, realistic delivery schedule and smooth project execution.
- Collect and report market intelligence: competitor pricing, project pipeline trends, customer requirements, and policy/industry changes.
- Prepare regular sales reports, sales forecast and customer development plans; be accountable for sales and gross margin targets.
- Represent the company in exhibitions, customer presentations and factory visits to promote company image and technical capability.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of project-based sales experience in related industries: building materials, sandwich panels, cold storage, HVAC/MEP, cleanroom engineering, industrial construction, or similar.
- At least 2 years in a Sales Manager / Senior Sales / Key Account role with direct responsibility for project acquisition and revenue target.
- Hands-on experience with projects in one or more of the following sectors is strongly preferred: food & beverage plants, cold storage / central kitchen, pharmaceutical & medical device factories, hospital clean areas (OT, ICU, CSSD, lab), electronics / battery / precision manufacturing.
- Existing network with contractors / engineering companies / EPCs in the above sectors is a strong advantage (please be ready to describe past projects).
- Familiar with project tendering process, able to read basic construction/MEP drawings and understand project cost and margin structure.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction, mechanical, electrical or business-related fields preferred; other majors with strong relevant experience are welcome.
- Fluent Bahasa Indonesia; working-level English required (for technical documents and foreign clients). Mandarin is a plus.
