Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial/supervisory role within the beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.

Strong knowledge of beauty industry trends, distribution channels, and customer behavior.

Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Experience managing key accounts, modern trade, and general trade in the beauty sector is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
