We’re seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager based in Jakarta to lead our growth and brand presence in Indonesia.
You’ll drive both awareness and conversions — building our community through creative marketing campaigns while also forming partnerships and achieving clear business KPIs.
This is a leadership role for someone who is strategic yet hands‑on, socially confident, and results‑driven. You should be comfortable managing campaigns, closing partnerships, running events, and representing the brand publicly.
Plan, execute, and optimise digital marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Google, and Meta Ads.
Develop engaging localised content (videos, posts, visuals) that fit Indonesia’s audience and culture.
Manage paid ad campaigns, track analytics, report on performance, and continuously improve ROI.
Lead offline marketing and events — activations, pop‑ups, collaborations, community meetups, and PR opportunities.
Build and manage a network of influencers, NGOs, media, and brand partners to amplify reach and engagement.
Prepared to be the local face of 3 Degrees — comfortable speaking to camera, hosting events, and representing the brand publicly.
Identify and develop strategic partnerships with NGOs, brands, and community organisations to drive platform adoption.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to onboard and activate new partners and campaigns.
Achieve business KPIs including user acquisition, donation growth, and partnership conversions.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and ensure high partner satisfaction.
Take ownership of results — work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining close communication with the regional team.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with creative, product, and partnerships teams to align on goals.
Provide clear monthly reporting on marketing effectiveness, pipeline progress, and KPI achievement.
3–6 years of experience in marketing, sales, or growth roles — preferably in digital, consumer tech, or social platforms.
Proven ability to plan and run campaigns end‑to‑end (digital + offline) with measurable results.
Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, and digital advertising tools.
Experience managing offline activations or events.
Excellent communication in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.
Confident, articulate, and likable personality — comfortable speaking to groups and representing the brand publicly.
Track record of hitting KPIs and achieving business goals.
Basic design/editing capability (Canva, CapCut, or similar).
Resourceful, independent, and proactive — a self‑starter who thrives without micromanagement.
Bonus: Strong personal or professional network within the creator, NGO, or marketing ecosystem.
Competitive base salary in the range of IDR 20 – 30 million per month, depending on experience and seniority.
