Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage the showroom and sales team to ensure smooth operations and effective sales strategies, within Jabodetabek Area.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for brand growth and sales development.
  • Ensure sales targets are achieved through strategic recruitment and comprehensive training of the sales team.
  • Present monthly sales performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and insights for the showroom.
  • Participate in project site visits and reviews with the Technical Sales team to ensure project progress and quality.
Qualifications
  • More than 5 years of experience in managing sales within the furniture or building materials sector.
  • Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, market analysis, and promotional initiatives to drive revenue.
  • Experience in leading, training, and motivating a sales team to achieve individual and overall sales goals.
  • Strong verbal communication and customer service skills to build relationships and serve clients effectively.
  • Must be a hunter-type salesperson in addition to farming responsibilities (highly driven and results-oriented).
