TRAIN Edu is looking for a passionate and result-driven Sales Leader / Sales Manager!

Responsibilities:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 5 sales staff to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Design and implement effective sales systems, processes, and workflows.
  • Drive lead generation across B2C (students), B2B (schools, universities, companies), and B2G (government institutions).
  • Build and maintain partnerships with schools, universities, training centers, and organizations.
  • Conduct canvassing, networking, and outreach to strengthen TRAIN Edu’s market presence.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, track performance, and provide regular reports to management.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s in Sales/Marketing/Business or related.
  • 3–5 yrs sales exp, incl. 2+ yrs in leadership.
  • Proven success managing teams & hitting targets.
  • Strong in sales systems, partnership dev., and canvassing.
  • Excellent English communication & interpersonal skills.
  • Solid organizational, problem-solving & analytical skills.
  • Resilient in fast-paced, target-driven roles.
  • Willing to travel for canvassing, visits & events.
