Job description

Job Responsibilities

• Memahami kebutuhan bisnis klien dan menawarkan solusi IT yang sesuai, mulai dari layanan outsourcing tenaga IT, implementasi software, hingga konsultasi teknologi
• Menjadi penghubung utama antara klien dan tim internal (tim teknis, delivery, HR, dan manajemen proyek)
• Menyusun dan menyampaikan proposal, quotation, dan presentasi bisnis kepada calon klien
• Memastikan kepuasan klien dan menangani keluhan atau permintaan dengan cepat dan tepat
• Menyusun laporan berkala terkait aktivitas akun, penjualan, dan pipeline prospek
• Bekerja sama dengan tim internal untuk memastikan delivery berjalan sesuai SLA

Qualifications

• Pendidikan minimal S1 di bidang Manajemen, Bisnis, Teknologi Informasi, atau bidang terkait
• Pengalaman minimal 2–3 tahun sebagai Account Manager di industri IT, terutama di bidang IT Services, Software, atau Outsourcing
• Memahami produk dan solusi IT seperti software development, cloud, infrastructure, atau SDM IT
• Mampu menjalin dan menjaga relasi profesional dengan klien dari berbagai level, termasuk top management
• Keterampilan komunikasi, negosiasi, dan presentasi yang sangat baik
• Memiliki kemampuan analisa kebutuhan bisnis klien dan memberikan solusi IT yang sesuai
• Berpengalaman dalam tender, proposal bisnis, dan proses pengadaan (lebih disukai jika familiar dengan sektor perbankan atau BUMN)
