A freight forwarding company is seeking a Sales Representative in Semarang, Indonesia. This role involves identifying potential customers, developing sales strategies, and maintaining strong client relationships. Candidates should have sales experience, good communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Willingness to travel and work flexible hours is required.
Identify and target potential customers in domestic transportation/export import services (freight forwarding).
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers, and establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Collaborate closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure optimal service quality and competitive pricing.
Maintain detailed sales records and reports, track progress, and achieve sales targets.
Prepare and submit work reports and sales achievement reports.
