Position Overview

We are looking for a self‑motivated sales executive that can both open doors but close leads that are developed for them. Target lists include Oil&Gas service companies (OGUK), food grade exporters and cosmetics companies as well as hospitality (hotels and large restaurant chains) in the greater Surabaya region.

The best candidate for this role will have some sales experience, best if in the general healthcare space. This person must be able to work autonomously and prioritize and close deals of all sizes. The entire market is open. The should be able to creatively create solutions for the prospects they are given and uncover themselves. More importantly the best candidate will have the appetite to learn more, and take responsibility for problem solving. They must have a positive and happy demeanor, that presents well in both face‑to‑face and written communication. The best candidates will be able to demonstrate curiosity and a learning mindset through the interview process and match culturally with our team of young, go‑getter teammates.
