Job summary

A leading safari and entertainment park in Cisarua is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to build relationships with clients in the hospitality and tourism industry. Responsibilities include client visits, sales proposal preparation, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of sales experience, strong negotiation skills, and may be required to work irregular hours.

Job description

· Identify and build relationships with potential clients/guests (corporations, travel agents, event organizers, etc.).

· Conduct regular client visits (sales calls).

· Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate deals, and close agreements.

· Achieve and exceed monthly/annual sales targets.

· Prepare sales activity reports for the Head of Sales & Marketing or General Manager.

· Manage client databases and update prospect status.

· Collaborate with the marketing team to develop hotel promotional strategies and in-house activities.

· Participate in exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.

· Maintain long-term client relationships.

· Monitor market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.

Key Requirements:

· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sales Executive in the hospitality or tourism industry.

· Strong communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Experience with VHP system is a plus.

· Flexibility to work irregular hours.

· Bachelor's degree preferred, but not always required.
