Overview

Role: Ecommerce & Sales Manager responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies across offline and online channels, managing e-commerce operations, and leading the sales & e-commerce team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies (offline & online).
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage all e-commerce channels, including pricing, promotions, and campaign execution.
  • Set annual and monthly sales targets and define clear strategies to achieve them.
  • Oversee sales and promotional budgets to ensure efficiency and strong ROI.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the sales & e-commerce team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Creative, Finance, Operations, and Warehouse teams for seamless execution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, resellers, distributors, and business partners.
  • Prepare and review sales & e-commerce performance reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Management/Marketing/Business or related field.
  • 3–5 years of Sales & Marketing experience with leadership background, preferably in fashion/retail/lifestyle.
  • Experience in managing e-commerce channels and executing pricing, promotions, and campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace algorithms, product optimization (SEO, keywords, visuals), and conversion improvement.
  • Able to create and implement effective sales strategies (offline & online) to achieve revenue targets.
  • Familiar with coordinating marketplace promo programs and working with Relationship Managers.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales & e-commerce performance (traffic, conversion, ROI) using Excel/Sheets and dashboards.
  • Experienced in e-commerce stock management and demand forecasting.
  • Updated with digital marketing trends, competitor insights, and online shopping behavior.
