Job Description:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Development Specialist to promote and sell our mobile and web apps to potential clients. You will be responsible for developing marketing strategies, generating leads, and driving sales conversions.


Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our mobile and web apps.

Primary Target Market: Indonesian / Secondary Target Markets: Singapore, Australia, USA, EU, etc.

Identify and target potential customers (B2B/B2C) through digital marketing, cold outreach, and partnerships.

Manage lead generation, follow-ups, and conversions to drive sales targets.

Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to refine our approach.

Collaborate with the development team to align marketing efforts with product updates.

Track and report on KPIs (conversion rates, ROI, customer acquisition costs).

Requirements:

Proven experience in sales development, preferably in digital products.

Strong understanding of client relations and digital marketing trends.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).

Language: English (spoken and written), Indonesian.

Available Compensation:

Base Monthly Salary + KPI Target Bonus + Lead Conversion Comission
