Sales Assistant Manager (Raw Material - Nickel & Coal)
About the role

We are seeking a talented Sales Assistant Manager (Raw Material - Mining) to join our dynamic team at PT. POSCO INTERNATIONAL INDONESIA. In this full-time position, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with our valued customers. You will be a significant asset as you navigate the diverse landscape of our operations in Indonesia.

What you'll be doing
  • Conducting all sales processes (quotations, negotiating terms, and checking all commercial terms of offer and order of acceptance) to ensure compliance with Levels of Authority and other relevant policies, including shipping document preparation according to the date of delivery/shipment schedule.
  • Ensuring accurate and timely completion of each sales process in a clear and timely manner.
  • Monitoring and following up on ongoing orders, shipment delivery, and customers' requirements.
  • Monitoring accounts receivable and coordinating with the Finance Department to ensure timely invoicing and follow up with customers (whenever required) to ensure prompt collection.
  • Proactively handling every situation related to Raw Material product sales and logistics (Coal & Nickel) and providing proper problem-solving with analytical thinking.
  • Available for domestic business trips.
What we're looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics/Business/International Business/Engineering-related major.
  • Advanced English communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a Mining Company or in Trading with specialized products in Raw Materials (Coal and Nickel).
