Job summary

A rapidly growing company in the organic ingredients sector is seeking a Sales Representative to join their young and dynamic team in Tangerang. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of B2B experience, proficient communication skills in English, and good organizational abilities. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, preparing invoices, and coordinating with various teams for smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • Prepare proforma invoices and sales contracts.
  • Send quotations and negotiate prices with customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide required documents.
  • Coordinate with the shipping team for goods release and delivery.

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Offer products and follow up with customers
  • Prepare proforma invoices and sales contracts
  • Send quotations and negotiate prices with customers
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide required documents
  • Arrange sample requests and share AWB details with customers
  • Receive customer complaints and forward them to the relevant team
  • Input order details into the Order Management System
  • Maintain data of all active or potential customers
  • Coordinate with the shipping team for goods release and delivery
  • Coordinate with the finance team regarding payments
  • Monitor and request sugar sample stock from the factory when needed
  • Archive sample shipments, store retained samples, and record sample codes from the factory
  • Follow up on QA/QC documents (statements, questionnaires, lab results, etc.) and ensure all are up to date
Qualifications
  • Native or Professional English
  • Good communication and administrative/organizational skills
  • Experienced and have a good understanding of the sales process and Incoterms
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B
  • Able to work effectively both individually and in a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be good in Mathematics
  • Job placement in Cipondoh, Tangerang
