Sales Support
  • Assist the sales team with preparing sales order based on contracts.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records (SO, List SO Pending, DN, List Sales).
  • Coordinate with customers on orders, deliveries, and after sales support.
  • Follow up on pending quotations, sales orders, and customer inquiries.
  • Support the preparation of sales reports and SO Pending.
Administrative Duties
  • Manage filing, documentation and record keeping for all sales activities.
  • Liaise between Sales and Finance teams to ensure smooth processing of customer payments.
  • Ensure timely processing and accuracy of purchase orders and invoices.
  • Responsible for issuing and delivering invoices and tax invoices to customers.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience in sales support or administrative roles preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
  • Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
