Qualifications

• At least 3 years of working experience in a managerial position.
• Formal training or certifications in ISO 14001, ISO 45001, PROPER – Environmental Performance Rating Program, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 17025, ISO 22301:2019.
• Skilled in drafting and developing Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE) policies and procedures in compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing safety programs and leading cross‑functional teams.
• Willing to work at PT Andalan Manis Sejahtera (AMS) Marunda, North Bekasi.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation of Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) initiatives across all units within PT Andalan Manis Sejahtera.
• Provide safety-related guidance and training to employees, and support new employee orientation on SHE topics in collaboration with HR.
• Coordinate the development of SHE and Business Continuity Management System (BCMS) standards with operating units.
• Investigate workplace accidents and unsafe conditions, especially at PT Andalan Manis Sejahtera, and coordinate with law enforcement and relevant authorities during serious incidents.
• Conduct HIRAC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Control) activities and assess employee compliance with OHS regulations and policies.
• Perform field audits based on ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SMK3, and PROPER standards, and compile audit reports with findings and recommendations.
• Continuously update knowledge on SHE regulations and share relevant updates with SHE teams throughout the organization.
