Responsibilities

• Perform 24*7 IDC data center duty as required by Alibaba Cloud.
• Respond to incidents and execute work orders according to SLA requirements.
• Identify risks through inspections and handle emergencies accurately.
• Master SOP procedures and complete all tickets ensuring zero errors.
• Be familiar with IDC equipment standards and complete site surveys.
