As a Retail Manager at MR DIY, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of our store located in Barito Utara, Kalimantan Tengah. This full‑time position is crucial in ensuring the efficient and profitable running of our retail location, contributing to the overall success of the company.
Manage all aspects of store operations, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and sales performance.
Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of store personnel to build a motivated and skilled team.
Analyse store data and reports to identify areas for improvement and make data‑driven decisions.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment with company‑wide goals and initiatives.
Maintain compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the store's performance and key initiatives.
Minimum 3‑5 years of experience in a retail management or similar leadership role.
Demonstrated expertise in driving sales, optimising operations, and managing a team.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform decision‑making.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with both customers and colleagues.

Familiarity with the retail industry and a deep understanding of local market dynamics.
