Job description

Troppo operates two brands, Troppo Coffee and Troppo Pizza. We're focused on creating comfortable casual dining spaces where we offer food and beverages that use the highest quality ingredients available. Our goal is to please guests with simple dishes done properly.

Troppo Coffee is a small specialty coffee bar in Permata Hijau with 10 seats. We offer a selection of coffee from Indonesia, Brazil and Colombia, including our signature blend "Tongkrongan Cobra," which features strawberry-fermented beans from Colombia mixed with single-origin Krucil Cobra from East Java.

Troppo Pizza, also in Permata Hijau, will open in early 2026 and offering neo-New York style pizza, side plates of salads, cold cuts, as well as craft beer on tap. The main dining room will seat up to 20 guests. A second-floor private dining room, set to open mid-2026, will accommodate another 16 guests.

CV Permata Bintang Gayo' is looking for a talented Restaurant Crew to join our team in South Jakarta on a contract basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for hospitality, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and seating customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Taking customer orders and accurately communicating them to the kitchen staff
• Serving food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area, including cleaning tables and restocking supplies
• Assisting with other duties as required to support the overall operation of the restaurant

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide excellent customer service
• A positive, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude
• Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Used to in use diverse equipment, including those not typically found in halal-certifiedrestaurants
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
