Overview

AYANA Komodo is looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to handle guest bookings across multiple channels and ensure accurate reservation management in Opera. You’ll assist with payments, boat transfers, and upsell hotel services while delivering excellent communication and guest support.

Responsibilities
  • Handle multi-channel inquiries and reservations: manage reservation requests via phone, email, OTA extranets, and WhatsApp, including updates, changes, and cancellations.
  • Reservation system management: enter, update, and verify bookings in PMS (Opera), including special packages, rate codes, room availability, and guest preferences.
  • Payment and documentation coordination: follow up on booking payments, prepare Letters of Authorization (LOA), monitor cancellations, and maintain daily and no-show reports.
  • Support boat and transportation bookings: handle cruise/boat inquiries, confirm schedules, arrange payments, and coordinate logistics with the operational team.
  • Guest communication and upselling: respond to inquiries, upsell room types and hotel amenities, and ensure high-quality guest interactions through professional written and verbal communication.
Qualifications
  • Educational background in Hospitality or related fields.
  • Open to fresh graduates with strong motivation to learn; prior experience in the hospitality industry will be an advantage.
  • Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written).
  • Comfortable using computers and basic hotel systems (Opera experience is a plus).
  • Has a good attitude, is organized, and pays attention to detail.
