A global health and development organization is seeking a Research Co-Lead for a youth development intervention project in Indonesia. This role involves providing technical leadership, managing data collection, and developing reports and research protocols. Candidates should have a PhD and at least 7 years of experience in applied evaluation, as well as strong communication skills and proficiency in quantitative analysis. Corus International is seeking applications for a research co-lead to support an anticipated 3-year, $1.2 million youth development intervention and research project in Indonesia.
The project objectives are to: 1) examine how different models of youth engagement contribute to the development of prosocial behavior in youth, and 2) test adaptations of existing tools and practices to support youth development, including digital versus in-person modes of intervention delivery in shaping youth outcomes.
Corus International was formed through the strategic merger of IMA World Health (a public health organization since 1960) and Lutheran World Relief (a livelihoods organization since 1945). Today, it includes entities such as CGA Technologies, Ground Up Investing, and Farmers Market Coffee. Corus works in over 20 countries across Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America, primarily focusing on health, livelihoods, and emergency response.
Based in Indonesia, the Research Co-Lead will provide overall technical leadership, strategic support, and operational oversight for the project.
