This role plays a critical part in overseeing the operational audit activities for approximately 695 sites, with responsibilities covering the entire audit lifecycle. Accountabilities
  • Lead annual and quarterly internal audit planning for ~695 sites, including scope definition and scheduling
  • Manage execution of internal audits ensuring accuracy and adherence to standards
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Supply Chain and various departments
  • Communicate audit expectations and deliverables to leaders
  • Develop and standardize audit tools and training materials
  • Track audit findings and remediation progress
  • Produce executive-ready reporting on audit performance and trends
  • Support SOX readiness and external audit coordination
  • Lead process improvement initiatives that enhance compliance
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5–7 years in supply chain, operations, audit, or compliance
  • Experience with internal audit programs or SOX controls preferred
  • Strong understanding of internal controls and audit methodologies
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional coordination skills
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data visualization skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
