In this role, you will be at the forefront of developing, deploying, and maintaining mission-critical applications that drive government initiatives forward. Your impact will span across innovative solutions, utilizing methodologies like Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Kanban, and DevSecOps. Collaborating closely with users, you will define system scope and objectives while making key design decisions. Accountabilities

• Develop, deploy, and maintain mission-critical applications using Java, C#, C++, and Golang.
• Provide expert support and technical advice during the conceptualization, development, and implementation phases.
• Lead new development and re-engineering efforts, making crucial system design decisions.
• Deliver comprehensive software development services across all tiers, including UI, Java, and Oracle.
• Engage in web development with UI frameworks, HTML, and JavaScript.
• Perform database programming using SQL, Oracle DB, PostgreSQL DB, and MySQL.
• Apply test-driven development practices and manage Cloud and AWS administration tasks.
• Support the setup of AWS infrastructure and leverage experience with RedHat/OpenShift version 4.x.
• Utilize DevOps and Agile methodologies, including Scrum, to drive the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and 5+ years of development experience.
• Experience with Java programming language.
• Experience with Golang.
• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Maven.
• Knowledge of Java Web Services/Spring Boot/Java EE.
• Experience in Web Development/UI Frameworks/HTML/JavaScript.
• Relational Database experience (RDBMS).
• Experience in Docker, AWS Admin, RedHat/OpenShift v4.x.
• Experience in Agile development methodology.
