Overview

In this role, you will play a crucial part in the preparation of compliant proposals for both Government and Commercial sectors. You will collaborate with various teams to conduct market research and data analysis, assisting in the development of pricing models and strategies. Your expertise will not only support individual proposal efforts but will also ensure alignment with market trends and competitive pricing. The position requires you to manage complex cost calculations and provide critical insights for our pricing strategies.

Accountabilities

• Review and prepare solicitation documents for price proposal requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to understand pricing components.
• Assist in the development of price/cost volume functions with the Proposal Manager.
• Conduct pricing strategy meetings and participate in comprehensive proposal reviews.
• Ensure compliance with solicitation guidelines and corporate policies.
• Perform market analysis to inform strategic pricing decisions.
• Collect and analyze data for Win/Loss assessments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 5 years of proposal pricing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Cost Accounting Principles and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in advanced Excel, Power BI, and related estimating software.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.
