Qualifications

• Experience with a personal laptop (at least 8 Gb of RAM) and stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with hot leads and existing customers via calls and emails.
• Build positive and long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Identify and elevate complex technical issues for prompt resolution.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to product features.
