Accountabilities

• Oversee and advise the development of products within the client product portfolio.

• Monitor efforts to establish measurable product performance metrics.
• Enhance stakeholder understanding of product management processes.
• Represent the client Product Management organization in stakeholder interactions.
• Collaborate with vendors and state staff on team assignments.
• Contribute to the Product Manager Community of Practice.
• Assist in resolving obstacles for product delivery teams.
