Location: Semarang
Type: Permanent (with 3 months probation)
Job Responsibilities
- Manage and expand a portfolio of corporate and individual clients, with a focus on Mandarin-speaking customers.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular communication to understand financial needs.
- Conduct financial analysis and credit assessments of clients’ financial statements to provide appropriate banking solutions.
- Prepare and present proposals for credit facilities, ensuring compliance with internal policies and banking regulations.
- Collaborate with the Branch Manager and Team Leader to achieve business targets and branch growth.
- Actively participate in business development initiatives, including networking and marketing activities.
- Support the opening of the new Semarang branch and contribute to establishing a strong client base.
- Deliver high-quality customer service and effectively resolve client issues.
- Report directly to the Taiwanese Business Head (Team Leader) and coordinate closely with the Branch Manager.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Economics, or Business.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in banking or relationship management (Fresh graduates with Mandarin proficiency and strong ambition are also welcome as Junior RM / Assistant RM).
- Proficiency in Mandarin (daily conversation, fluent) – HSK certification not required.
- Strong command of English (oral & written).
- Strong financial analysis skills with the ability to read and interpret financial statements.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ambitious, proactive, and results-oriented.
