Job summary

A leading import-export company in Indonesia is seeking a Regulatory and EXIM Manager to oversee legal imports and shipments. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2 years of experience in EXIM and regulatory roles. Responsibilities include managing import documents, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with legal standards. Strong communication, organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office are essential. This position requires someone who can work under pressure and is ready to join immediately.

Qualifications

  • Fast, committed, enthusiastic, proactive, responsible and organized.
  • Computer literate with MS Office skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end shipment logistics and legal import documents.
  • Handle documentation for SNI, LS, BPOM, and similar processes.
  • Negotiate and analyze import processes to reduce costs.

Responsibilities
  • Experienced in legal import documents and manage end‑to‑end shipment from country origin to Office Warehouse
  • Experienced in SNI, LS, BPOM, Alkes, Kemenkes documentation and process
  • Experienced in PI (Persetujuan Import) for Besi Baja, Kehutanan, and similar sectors
  • Manage good relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Handle import and shipment legal documents from suppliers and agents from China to Indonesia
  • Forecasting for stock buying

Work according to deadline and negotiate/analyze the import process to save cost.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • At least 2 years of experience in EXIM and Regulatory fields
  • Fast, committed, enthusiastic, proactive, systematic, responsible and organized in work
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literate; knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Responsible, honest, trustworthy, disciplined and willing to learn new things
  • Able to work under pressure
