About the role

As the Regional Sales Manager - Sumatera & Jawa, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and market share for PT Fumakilla Indonesia in the Sumatera and Jawa regions.

Responsibilities:

• Achieving Sales Target
• Establish good relationships with distributors and star outlets
• Monitoring sales performance in Sumatera and Java Island
• Developing All Channel through solid Distributor
• Managing process to increase distribution, channel development, and in-store execution
• Develop his/her team through coaching, directing & feedback
• Create sales plan and local promotion plan
• Managing distributor’s performance for distribution, merchandising and service level and request to improve if necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any major
• Having min 3 years experience as Regional Sales Manager for Sumatera and Java Island in FMCG company
• Excellent in negotiation, communication and management skills
• Good logical thinking, leadership and strategy planning skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is a must
