About The Role

Regional People Partner responsibilities include supervising local HR teams and implementing company policies. To be successful in this role, you should have a solid understanding of labor regulations and experience as a human resources generalist. This position will be responsible for the Sumatera Utara region and requires high mobility.

Job Description
  • Fulfill Manpower Planning (MPP) requirements in the branch to support the achievement of branch work targets
  • Process all employee-related administrative tasks in the branch in accordance with applicable regulations, minimizing the risk of irregularities
  • Conduct socialization and implement all People and Culture programs within the assigned branches to support the achievement of Regional People Partner targets
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues through effective, thorough, and objective investigations
  • Collaborate with management and employees to improve working relationships, boost morale, and enhance productivity and retention
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Law, or a related field
  • Proven work experience as a Regional HR or in a similar role
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes
  • In-depth knowledge of labor regulationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Preferably based in Kendari
  • Willing to cover area Central & Southeast Sulawesi
