Job description

Responsible for supporting the implementation, rollout, and adoption of new systems/applications at the regional level through device installation, user training, and coordination with the Head Office IT team. Ensures a smooth transition, conducts post-rollout monitoring, provides improvement feedback, and offers technical and remote support as required by the project.

Job Description

1. Support for Digital Upstream Projects and Rollouts

Actively participate in the implementation and rollout of new systems/applications in regional areas, led by the IT department or other departments.

Install necessary hardware and software to support project execution.

Serve as a communication liaison between the Head Office IT team and local users to ensure smooth system adoption.

2. Training and Assistance for End Users

Provide initial training to end users and the Regional Management Information System on new applications, systems, or devices.

Assist users during the transition to the new system, including basic troubleshooting support.

3. Post-Rollout Monitoring and Evaluation

Monitor the effectiveness of system/application usage after implementation.

Prepare reports and provide feedback to the Head Office IT team regarding field issues and areas needing improvement.

4. Support for Business Unit (BU) Process Champions

Assist BU Process Champions in executing business process changes, especially those involving IT systems.

Provide technical support and training as needed to ensure successful process transformation.

Provide remote support (e.g., via Remote Desktop) for new application initiatives after the project phase is completed.

Support duration is adjusted based on the type and complexity of each project.

Job Requirements

  • Willing to be placed in all remote areas (Sumatera, Kalimantan, Papua).
