- Sales Management – Help stores set and reach daily and monthly sales targets, track performance, and guide managers to close gaps.
- Team & Personnel Management – Support store leaders in building stable teams and improving KPIs.
- Profit & Loss – Monitor reports on sales, profit, costs, and losses to improve results.
- Goal Setting – Define store and employee development goals, set deadlines, and follow up progress.
- Standards – Ensure store operations meet company standards and make sound decisions when issues arise.
- Cost Control – Guide stores in managing staff costs & expenses to reduce controllable costs
- Safety – Promote safety awareness and ensure compliance with regulations & equipment use
- Brand – Deliver great customer experiences, strengthen brand loyalty, and promote company vision to employees and customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years as Regional Manager in Retail Industry. English required; Chinese is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of retail operations, especially retail or regional management.
- Skilled in sales growth, performance improvement, people management and store operations.
- Experience in team training and creating training plans.
- Strong analytical skills in data, budgeting, and planning, analyze competitors’ products and business models.
- Open to relocation (domestic or international). Energetic, hands-on, and aligned with company values.
- Experience with inventory management.
