Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in offline consumer finance or consumer lending.
• Strong understanding of offline consumer finance channels and merchant ecosystems.
• Experience as a Regional Manager or Regional Sales Manager is preferred.

• Develop and execute regional business strategies for offline consumer finance.
• Manage and lead a regional sales team of 100+ people.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance and risk indicators.
