Job summary

A leading enterprise software company is seeking an experienced individual for a Customer Success role in Indonesia. This position involves managing customer relationships, driving revenue growth, and participating in strategy implementation. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience in Customer Success Management along with retail software experience. This hybrid role requires travel for client visits and collaboration with Solution Architects to enhance customer engagements.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits.

Responsibilities

  • Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer Success in the region.
  • Grow customer revenue and create new opportunities.
  • Implement strategies to expand relationships.
  • Work with Solution Architects to present solutions.
  • Ensure timely revenue collection.
  • Build CSM team as needed.

Job Description:

Require an enthusiastic and a talented person who thrives in enterprise software sales and can:

  • Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer Success in respective region in Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and manage relationships with senior leadership of customers
  • Grow base customer revenue and create net new opportunities.
  • Conceptualize and implement strategies with a view to expand existing relationships for company products / services.
  • Work with company Solution Architects to fine tune and present solutions to customers
  • Ensure Time bound Revenue book and collection of receivables.
  • Grow and build CSM team in the region as may be required from time to time.
Skills & Experience

An enthusiastic and talented person who thrives in enterprise sales and can:

  • Align with customers and company to create a joint vision of the future
  • Empathy with customer.
  • Be consistent and detail oriented
  • University Degree with a minimum of10-15 years in CSM (Customer Success)
  • Retail Software experience
  • Creativity in solving complex problems.
  • Is an outgoing person and team player who enjoys working in a team environment
Work Setup
  • Work shift: Dayshift
  • Setup: Hybrid -Depending on clients requirement,must be willing to do client visits)
  • Location: This role is open to candidates from Indonesia or Malaysia. Must be willing to travel, as this position will involve extensive travel.
