Join the dynamic Grab Indonesia Regional Ad Operations team, where we're looking for an ad-tech professional to help drive advertising growth. Our team works collaboratively to build strong partnerships with product, sales and Engineering teams to deliver impactful and effective advertising solutions.

Get to Know the Role

The Regional Campaign Strategist serves as the technical and strategic architect for our most high-value Enterprise advertisers. You will bridge the gap between high-level business objectives and technical execution. By partnering with Sales, you will move beyond tactical campaign management to become a trusted consultant, using data and AI tools to design frameworks that drive long-term ROI and incremental revenue. You will report to the Regional Team Lead, and this role will be based fully on-site in Jakarta.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform
  • Partnering with Sales to understand Enterprise advertiser business goals (ROAS, Market Share)
  • Translate complex objectives into tailored, multi-channel campaign strategies and measurement frameworks.
  • Leverage internal AI-driven tools to automate routine optimizations and identify hidden performance trends.
  • Process Improvements: You will need to work through process and identify opportunities to leverage AI to boost efficiency and performance.
  • Software Evaluation: You will work with internal tech teams and 3rd party vendors to introduce new software for the ad operations team.
Qualifications
What Essential Skills You Will Need
  • 5+ years in Digital Media Planning, AdOps, or Performance Marketing, specifically managing Enterprise-level budgets
  • Deep knowledge of the programmatic landscape, DSPs/SSPs, and attribution modeling. Familiarity with AI-driven bidding or creative optimization tools is an added value.
  • Experience with automating manual processes using software
  • Advanced Excel/SQL skills or experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker) to tell a story through data.
