The Recruitment Team Lead is responsible for end‑to‑end talent acquisition across Technology, Business, and Operations functions within an Indonesian banking environment. This role combines strategic workforce planning, hands‑on recruitment execution, strong stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of hiring processes, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and governance requirements. The role leads a recruitment team, acts as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, and ensures high‑quality hiring outcomes with a strong focus on ownership, candidate experience, and employer branding.
