A leading lifestyle product retailer in Jakarta Utara is seeking a Recruitment Supervisor to lead the entire recruitment process for back office, stores, and warehouse. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and at least 3 years of experience in recruitment within the retail industry. Proficiency in English and excellent knowledge of assessment processes are mandatory. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Lead end to end whole recruitment process to produce qualified human resource needs for back office, store operational and warehouse
Coordinate with all related department Heads to plan and create future hiring needs
Maintain and develop Recruitment team to ensure the Man Power fulfilment are going well as MPP request
Manage recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost-perhire, offer acceptance rate, and pipeline quality).
Build the company’s professional network through relationship with HR professionals, collages and relevant partners
