A prominent food and beverage company in Jakarta Utara is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for operational and office roles, developing effective hiring strategies, and conducting competency-based interviews. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's Degree and at least 5 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the F&B sector. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all operational roles (Crew, Cook, Barista, Supervisor, Store Manager) and all office roles (HR, Finance, Marketing, Procurement, Logistics/ Warehouse, Management).
Develop and implement recruitment strategies for mass hiring, expansion hiring, and leadership-level recruitment.
Conduct sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessment, selection, and offer management.
Build strong partnerships with job portals, hospitality schools, universities, vocational centers (BLK), and F&B talent communities.
Maintain a talent pipeline for critical roles and fast-moving positions.
Strengthen employer branding to attract top-quality candidates.
Conduct competency-based interviews for all levels, including senior-level positions.
Develop assessment tools, hiring materials, interview scoring sheets, and selection guidelines.
Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Department Heads to forecast manpower needs for branches and the head office.
Ensure hiring targets and timelines (KPIs) are consistently met.
Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment reports for Management.
Ensure recruitment practices align with company policies and local labor regulations.
Bachelor’s Degree (Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration preferred).
Minimum 5 years in recruitment; experience in F&B/restaurant/retail is strongly preferred.
Proven experience hiring operational & office roles across all levels, including supervisory and managerial.
Strong mass hiring experience for frontline roles.
Skilled in competency-based interviewing and candidate evaluation.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
