Responsibilities

• Conduct per-screening interviews with candidates
• Source candidates through social media and maintain headhunting reports and databases.
• Deliver presentations to candidates.
• Coordinate hiring needs with the Recruiting Manager.
• Attend career fairs.
• Organize all recruitment events (i.e., final interviews, career talks, and school visits).
• Engage with audiences on our social media platforms.

Requirements

• Minimum D3/S1 in Psychology, HR, Communication, English Literature, Hospitality, or Maritime Studies.
• 1–2 years of recruitment experience (maritime or hospitality sector preferred) / Cruise Line / 5-star hotel experience (International preferred).
• Familiar with STCW, visa, PEME, and seafarer documentation.
• Detail-oriented and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
• A network within hospitality or maritime schools is a plus.
