Job description


Responsibilities:
  • Conducting surprise checks and implementing surveillance systems.
  • Monitoring TBO and Covenant.
  • Reviewing credit documents after approval (before contract signing, during contract signing, and post-signing/disbursement).
  • Performing both on-site and off-site inspections.
  • Coordinating with other departments such as Compliance, Audit, System & Procedure, Credit Risk, Credit Operations, etc.
  • Handling reporting, administration, and filing tasks.
  • Reviewing and providing recommendations on process flows.
  • Other tasks as instructed by supervisors.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in credit QA, Credit Analyst, or Credit Reviewer roles.
  • Strong understanding of credit processes and risk management.
  • Proficient in document review and analysis.
  • Excellent coordination and communication skills for inter-departmental collaboration.
  • Ability to perform on-site and off-site inspections effectively.
  • Strong administrative and reporting capabilities.
  • Attention to detail and ability to provide process improvement recommendations.
Bonus Points:
  • Fluency in English.
  • Possession of a BSMR certification.
