Job description

Job Scope:

  1. Responsible for monitoring, controlling, and ensuring the quality of raw materials from suppliers in accordance with product specifications and food safety.
  2. Analyze all problems concerning the quality of raw materials that deviate from SOPs, GMP standards, and Food Safety before being processed in the production process.
  3. Monitor, control, and ensure the stock take process meets FIFO requirements and follows quality handling procedures.
  4. Perform administrative functions and operational documentation, including preparing and facilitating internal training (GMP, HACCP, 5R, Personal Hygiene, Product Knowledge).
  5. Remind and direct other employees to form habits in accordance with SOP, GMP standards, and Food Safety during the initial handling process until the package is ready to send.
  6. Report and communicate to the QC/QA manager and other related parties regarding all forms of irregularities related to the quality of raw materials, processing sites, storage of raw materials, and sources of raw materials (land and suppliers) to ensure compliance with product specifications, GMP standards, and Food Safety.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor degree in Agriculture Technology, Food Technology, Nutrition, Chemical Analysis, Food Quality Assurance System, or a relevant field.
