Job Description

As a Quality and Food Safety Manager, your main responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and deploy the Quality and Food Safety strategy
  • Ensure compliance with global standards and local regulations
  • Lead and coach the Quality and Food Safety team, building capabilities and driving engagement
  • Oversee quality systems, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as the final authority on product quality, safety, and risk management
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply, Commercial, and R&D teams
  • Manage crisis and incident response related to quality and food safety
  • Maintain customer and regulatory approvals and relationships
The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality and Food Safety Manager should have:

  • A degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP, ISO 22000, or equivalent
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or food safety within the FMCG industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong leadership abilities and the capability to manage cross-functional teams
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred
