Job Description

• Lead the development and delivery of civil engineering designs, technical documentation, part specifications, and design standards across infrastructure and building projects.
  
• Oversee and review detailed engineering calculations, structural analyses, and technical plans.
  
• Manage, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary team across departments .
  
• Conduct trend research and foster innovation in design processes, material selection, and modelling methodologies.
  
• Ensure accurate documentation, version control, and compliance for all technical changes , engineering drawings, and revisions.
  
• Evaluate team performance, conduct regular performance reviews, and align goals with comp any object ives .
