Job summary

A leading food manufacturing company in Indonesia is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to maintain QMS documents, lead training, and ensure compliance with ISO 22000 and local regulations. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology or Industrial Engineering and have 3–5 years of experience in relevant roles. Knowledge of Halal Assurance and strong risk assessment skills are essential for this position.

Qualifications

• Experience in internal audits and QMS implementation is essential.
• Strong understanding of FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, GMP, and HACCP.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update QMS documents (SOP, WI, Form, Manual) to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
• Lead internal communication and training for QMS-related topics to ensure employee understanding and adherence.
• Ensure the effective implementation of ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000, GMP, HACCP requirements for milk products.
• Monitor compliance with BPOM, Halal (LPPOM MUI), and other local regulatory standards.
• Evaluate findings, prepare audit reports, and ensure timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).

Requirements

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Food Technology or Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or Quality System roles within milk/dairy, beverage, FMCG, or other food manufacturing industries.
• Experience in internal audits and QMS implementation (ISO 22000 / FSSC 22000) is required.
• Strong understanding of FSSC 22000, ISO 9001, GMP, HACCP, Halal Assurance System
• Knowledge of BPOM regulations, CPPOB, and food industry compliance.
Skilled in risk assessment (HACCP, TACCP, VACCP).
