About the role We are seeking a skilled and experienced QA Assistant Manager Footware to join our dynamic team at PT Pratama Abadi Industri (Sukabumi). Based in Kecamatan Sukabumi Kabupaten Sukabumi Jawa Barat, this full-time role will oversee the quality assurance of our footwear production, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing quality control processes and procedures for our footwear manufacturing operations
• Conducting regular inspections and audits to identify and address any quality issues
• Analysing production data and feedback to continuously improve quality standards
• Providing training and guidance to the quality assurance team to uphold best practices
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related concerns
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies
• Reporting on quality metrics and KPIs to senior management

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably within the footwear or manufacturing industry
