We are looking for an experienced and proactive Purchasing Supervisor to lead and manage our procurement activities at the factory level. The ideal candidate will ensure that all materials and supplies are sourced efficiently, cost‑effectively, and meet quality standards to support smooth manufacturing and project operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the purchasing team in sourcing and procuring raw materials such as marble blocks, resin, polishing materials, adhesives, packaging, and other supporting construction supplies.
- Review and approve Purchase Orders (POs), ensuring accuracy, cost efficiency, and on‑time supplier delivery.
- Plan and monitor procurement schedules in line with production and project needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions to achieve the best value for the company.
- Evaluate supplier performance in terms of quality, pricing, reliability, and responsiveness.
- Coordinate closely with warehouse, production, and project teams to anticipate and fulfill material requirements.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent over‑stocking or shortages, especially for project‑critical materials.
- Prepare and review monthly purchasing and cost analysis reports.
- Ensure all procurement processes comply with company policies and internal controls.
- Collaborate with the QC and production teams to verify material quality and specifications.
- Oversee import documentation and ensure compliance with trade regulations and certifications.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering (preferred) or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, ideally in the manufacturing or stone/marble industry.
- Proven leadership in supervising a purchasing team and managing supplier relationships.
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP/Purchasing systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Accurate).
- Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Good command of English (mandatory); Chinese proficiency is an advantage.
Additional Information
- Willing to travel to suppliers or project sites when needed.
- Familiar with import procedures and working with overseas suppliers is a plus.

Monday–Friday: 08:00–16:00
Saturday: 08:00–14:00
