Job summary

A leading procurement firm in Indonesia is seeking a Purchasing & Inventory Planner to understand and meet departmental needs for goods and services. You will analyze vendors, manage purchase orders, and monitor deliveries to ensure compliance with schedules. The ideal candidate has a D3/S1 education, 1-3 years of procurement experience, and proficiency in English and ERP systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics 365. Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum education D3/S1 in relevant fields.
• 1-3 years of experience in procurement.
• Familiar with ERP systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proficient in written and spoken English; Mandarin is preferred.
