About the role

PT Xian Sinar Matahari Indonesia is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Purchaser to join our team. In this full‑time role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of spare parts, components, and other supplies to support our sales throughout Indonesia. This is a critical position that plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our business.

What you'll be doing

• Negotiate and manage supplier contracts to obtain the best possible pricing, quality, and delivery terms.
• Monitor supplier performance and quality, and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with sales, logistics, and finance teams to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Research and evaluate new suppliers to expand our vendor base and identify potential cost savings.
• Maintain detailed records of all purchasing activities and provide reporting as required.

What we're looking for
