Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a Big 4 firm, proficiency in accounting systems, and excellent communication skills in English. This is a full-time role based in South Jakarta.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in a property or real estate company.
• Prior experience in a Big 4 public accounting firm.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards and taxation.
• Experience handling audits and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and tax regulations.
• Liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Manage audit processes and prepare audit schedules.
• Lead annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
