Job description

The Project Sales Executive is responsible for developing and managing high-end, specification-based projects by working closely with architects, consultants, developers, and contractors. This role focuses on project specification, relationship management, and project conversion, rather than retail selling.

Responsibilities
  • Project & Specification Development: Identify, develop, and track potential projects from early design stage through specification, tender, and execution using approved high-end product systems.
  • Architect & Consultant Engagement: Build strong relationships with architects, designers, and consultants to secure product specifications and maintain preferred brand positioning.
  • Developer & Contractor Coordination: Coordinate with developers, main contractors, and approved applicators to ensure correct product selection, pricing alignment, and on-site execution.
  • Technical & Solution Selling: Provide basic technical support, system recommendations, and coordinate with technical teams for site visits, mock-ups, and product approval.
  • Project Pipeline & Reporting: Maintain an accurate project pipeline, update CRM or project tracking tools, and report progress, risks, and conversion status to management.
  • Commercial & Pricing Support: Support quotation preparation, project pricing negotiation (within authority), and alignment with internal commercial and operations teams.
  • Post-Specification Support: Monitor project execution to ensure compliance with specified systems and support issue resolution during application stages.
